Why you should stop supporting J.K. Rowling

J.K. Rowling explicitly opposes the existence of trans people

She has spent years harassing queer and gender non-comforming people and has started a fund for legal challenges to the right of trans people to exist in society. These legal challenges have already led to trans people being legally barred from gendered public spaces in the UK.

As a result, the LGBTQ+ community broadly wants people to stop supporting Harry Potter and properties that give money to Rowling to promote hate.

J.K. Rowling is using her wealth attained from the Harry Potter series to create an organization dedicated to removing transgender people's rights

The author announced in a Saturday post to X, formerly Twitter, that she would be founding the J.K. Rowling Women’s Fund, using her personal fortune. The website for the group states that it “offers legal funding support to individuals and organisations fighting to retain women’s sex-based rights in the workplace, in public life, and in protected female spaces.”

Denying trans kids exist
